Chief Marketing Manager

What you will do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and effective go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
• Drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty through targeted marketing efforts.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering professional growth and skill development.

What We're Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth and startup environments.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Armenian and basic proficiency in Russian.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
